Warranty and Service

Warranty: 12 months after the start up operations.

Spare parts: There is a warehouse of spare parts.

Service center and technical assistance: Warranty and post-warranty handling with an opportunity to visit the customer's enterprise are carried out by DKjet's service department.

Training and start up operations: According to the Customer's request, the training course for the personnel is possible as in Rostov-on-Don so as on the Customer's region.

Certificates: The equipment is certificated in ГОСТ Р (Russian National Standart) system.
