Deicer APM-19

1. Function, area of application, operational conditions.

Deicer APM-19 is designed for deicing and to prevent ice formation on aircrafts by scattering anti-ice fluid.This fluids guarantee safe while taking off.

APM-19 is used in all kinds of airports of civil aviation.

APM-19 is produced for temperate climate (service conditions -40C...+40C).

2. Measures.

APM-19 provides:

-filling with bottom loading of the tank and with its own pump

-anti-ice fluids' heating in a tank of ice-reducing system. Works from the external power source (380 V) to the settled temperature (due to the customer's demand).

-anti-ice fluids' heating in a tank of ice-reducing system. Works with the help of autonomous liquid heater to the 80±5°C (due to the customer's demand).

-transporting liquids in own tank to the service aircrafts areas.

- moving across the motionless aircraft with stops for remouting the lifting platform.

-liquids application with the nozzel-distributer from the altitude on the surface of the motionless aircraft (from the lifting platform) to de ice.

-liquids application with the ground nozzel-distributer on the surface of the motionless aircraft (under the wing) to de ice.

-liquids application to prevent the formation of ice. Works with the help of the nozzel-distributer from the altitude on the surface of the motionless aircraft (from the lifting platform) to de ice.

-accounting of downloaded liquids.

-control of the liquid's level in tanks.

-heating of the operating compartment while engine is running.

-gravity discharge of the unused liquids.

-liquids suction from the APM system.
